Getting Started
Getting started with Noted.
This guide helps new teams go from first login to first useful meeting output in a short, repeatable flow.
What to complete on day one
Your first milestone is simple: create team access, provision at least one device, run a meeting, and confirm that notes plus action items are visible to the right people.
What success looks like
- Your core team can sign in and access the correct workspace.
- At least one device is online and ready for recording.
- A meeting is captured and converted into readable notes.
- Action items are assigned with clear owners.
Recommended onboarding flow
- 1. Create your team workspace and confirm admin access.
- 2. Invite key teammates and validate role assignments.
- 3. Power on your device and complete initial provisioning in the app.
- 4. Connect the device to owner Wi-Fi using in-app setup guidance.
- 5. Run a short test meeting and verify notes + action items.
- 6. Review analytics and confirm admin-only visibility works as expected.
Best practices for smooth rollout
- Start with one pilot team before company-wide rollout.
- Use consistent naming for meetings and owners from day one.
- Define who reviews action items after every meeting.
- Document your internal setup standard so onboarding is repeatable.
Setup and access safety
Use individual user accounts and role-based access from the beginning. Keep device onboarding controlled and avoid sharing credentials in chat or email.
