Analytics overview

The Analytics Overview gives leadership-level visibility into meeting throughput, action execution, and team engagement trends.

Who can access Analytics

Analytics is visible only to team admins. Standard team members do not see these insights by default. This keeps operational reporting focused, consistent, and permission-aware.

What Analytics helps you answer

  • How many meetings are being run over time.
  • Whether action items are being completed reliably.
  • How active the team is across recent periods.
  • Where meeting load and follow-through may be slipping.

Recommended workflow

  1. 1. Open Analytics as a team admin.
  2. 2. Start with trend charts to spot unusual changes month-over-month.
  3. 3. Review action-item completion and meeting status splits together.
  4. 4. Use utilization metrics to detect overloaded or underused cadence.
  5. 5. Turn findings into concrete process improvements for the next cycle.

Best practices for interpretation

  • Read trends over multiple weeks, not single-day spikes.
  • Compare activity and completion together before making decisions.
  • Align metric reviews with recurring leadership or operations meetings.
  • Use analytics to coach process quality, not to micromanage people.

Access and governance

Because analytics can influence operational and personnel decisions, keep access limited to responsible roles. If broader visibility is needed, share curated summaries instead of raw dashboards.
